LAB (Coloration)

Preparations are needed before fabric can be dyed. INCTL has a well-equipped lab facility with data color Robolab for auto-dispensing from Talos Robotics, using dyeing apparatus of Mathis in coloration Lab, and other machineries of European origin.

TESTING LAB:

BAB accredited ISO 17025 certified Testing Lab can perform 25 different tests on Fabric, Yarn, Garment and Basic Chemicals with latest machineries. Featured by Xenotest 150S+ for testing Color Fastness to Sunlight and Conditioning room. Also accredited by renowned buyer The Warehouse Group, H&M and C&A.

AUTO DISPENSING UNIT & SILO

The dyeing facility has an automatic dispensing unit & Silo from Lawer, Italy, that accurately monitors the precision of preparations and repeatability of the recipes. The system allows complete automatic preparation of dyestuffs in Lab, salt-soda and chemical products starting from laboratory up to the whole dyeing and finishing process. It is not only control of dyeing process accurately, but also it helps to reduce the inlet BOD and COD load of Effluent.

WTP:

The modern water treatment plant supplements the dyeing facility to ensure environmental sustainability.

KNITTING:

INCTL knitting factory is outfitted with energy-efficient machinery ensuring environment-friendly manufacturing process. The full range of Modern knitting facility with 2 Jacquard and 2 pointal Knitting Machines has total production capacity of 20 metric tons per day where 50 knitting machines are from Fukuhara Japan.

DYEING:

The Full range of Dyeing machines are from SCLAVOS, Greece with total capacity of 58 MT per day. The exhaust dyeing capacity with NANO technology also produces another 38 MT per day. The dyeing floor incorporates latest technology like SedoMaster and Color master. Utilizing Sclavos machine language in conjunction with SedoMaster and Color master, dying recipes are auto dispensed from dyeing office which yields us excellent shade repeatability and RFT more than 92%.

FINISHING:

The Finishing facility has latest Slitting, Stenter machinery from Bianco, Suntax, EHWHA, Lafar and Bruckner. Lafer and Tubetex Compactors, Erbatech machine for CPB dyeing have enriched the overall production process.

BRUSH, SUEDING and SHARING FACILITY:

World class brand Lafer machinery from ITALY ensures an excellent mechanical finishing process like Brushing, sueding and sharing on fibrous surface for producing value added aesthetic properties.

AOP/COLOR KITCHEN:

The All over Printing – AOP unit has 12-colour printing capability using flatbed and rotary printing, loop steamer, automatic color preparation from Austria, Italy, Germany and South Korea. To support quality output of daily 10 MT capacity of AOP, we have world-renowned colour kitchen from Color Service, Italy and imaging machineries from Sgprints, Netherlands.

NARROW FABRICS & ELASTICS

We have 46 Narrow Fabric machines to produce twill tape, Draw strings and elastics on our own. Total capacity is 1.2 metric tons per day allowing us full mastery over the final product.

GARMENTS/CUTTING/
SEWING/FINISHING:

The company has carved out a niche for itself in the knit garment segment. Apparels produced by INCTL makes use of some of the finest machinery that allows the Garments division to have stitching capacity of 3.2 million pieces per month, considering garments SMV as 7.5 minute per garment @55% efficiency. INTCL is using real-time software, which is provided by “Ncinga” that greatly increases production efficiency and quality. The unit can produce any knit fabrics, T-shirt, Polo, ladies dress, baby suite, kids’ garments, jackets, etc. The company is adding additional 20 lines that will upgrade sewing capacity to 4.7 million pieces.

PRINTING DIVISION:

INCTL printing division has 7 automated printing machines from USA & Portugal with a monthly placement print capacity of 1.5 million pieces and capable of handling any sort of placement print.
